An early 19th century 2-day marine chronometer, the 3 inch silvered dial signed and numbered ‘285’.

The chain-driven fusee movement with jewelled Earnshaw-type detent escapement and Harrison maintaining power.

It is mounted in its original 3-tier brass bound mahogany box.
